Yosemite Bed And Breakfasts
All You Need To Know About Bed And Breakfasts In Yosemite.
There are no Yosemite bed and breakfasts in the true sense of the meaning within Yosemite National Park proper; it is all lodges, cabins, and campgrounds. There are, however, plenty to be found in the satellite towns and communities surrounding the park and they are usually a lot cheaper than hotels and lodges with comparable facilities in a given town. In addition, there are generally less beds and you get a more personalized stay.
Highways 120, 140, and 41 – the three highways that serve Yosemite National Park - all have towns with bed and breakfasts. The most popular towns with Yosemite bed and breakfasts are Fish Camp, just south of the southern entrance; Oakhurst, the main town in the region and a little farther south; and Ahwahnee, to the west of Oakhurst. They all lie on Highway 42, while the town of Groveland has many B&B options and is west of the western entrance on Highway 120.
